Before......
This gorgeous, micro-beaded figural purse was one of my absolute favorites to repair. The client is a dear friend of mine and was very excited to see it returned to glory. It was very dirty, had many small holes and both the fringe and liner were all but deteriorated. In addition to that, it had been sewn to the frame quite tightly, which left small holes along the top. In essence, this beauty needed the works!
After.....
Once I got the purse as clean as humanly possible, I repaired all the holes, sewed in a new royal blue silk liner with french silk floral purse trim and finished it off with a full set of permanent twist fringe, which really set the whole purse off.
