Hole repair is charged by the hour and will depend on the size and number of holes to be repaired, as well as the purse construction. Every restorer has their own technique for repairing holes, but the bottom line is that it is still a repair. I strive to match the original colors and bead sizes as closely and exactly as possible. Small hole repairs of less that 16 beads are generally not noticable, especially if the hole is in a busy area of the purse with a lot of pattern or color to it.
