     My name is Patty, and I repair all types of beaded purses. I also repair other forms of beadwork such as pictures, necklaces, doilies and tea cozies....if it is beaded I can repair it! On this second anniversary of my website launch, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the clients who have sent their treasured beauties on to me for restoration. Indeed the last few years have been a "wild ride" as my business has catapulted from a few clients to many. It saddens me to have to turn anyone away, but there is only so much I am able to accomplish, especially with work as time consuming as this is.

I also want to say CONGRATULATIONS!!! to Paula Higgins and Lori Blaser for the amazing accomplishment of publishing their first purse book titled "A Passion for Purses" by Schiffer. For those of you looking for "Purse Eye-Candy" this book should be the next addition to your library!

Due to my huge workload, I have not had a chance to update my site in several months. FINALLY I found a spare moment to add some new photos. Please be sure to check the "Before and After" gallery as well as the "Celluloid Repairs" page for some wonderful new additions!

For those of you who may collect mesh purses in addition to beaded purses, I have exciting news for you! Dorita Hoff, well known expert mesh purse restorer, has finally published a website and I urge everyone to go have a look, even if you do not collect mesh. There are fabulous before and after pics, as well as information on her restoration services. Where in the world does the time go? I am a bit behind in my updates, but have managed to find the time to post a new featured restoration. My heartfelt thanks to the owner of this amazing purse for letting me restore it and post the finished restoration!

HAPPY JUNE EVERYONE!!! I just got back from a huge antique bead buying trip, increasing my supply to well over 100 lb's of rare antique seed beads in all colors and sizes. Please be sure to check back the middle of this month for some great page additions and, of course, new photos. The next "Featured Restoration" is sure to make you all drool!!!

I have also added a new link "Purse Repair Checklist" to help with sending a purse for restoration.

Wooohoooo!!!! It has been one year since my website went up, and to celebrate the occasion I am making some fabulous changes and adding new sections. Please stay tuned though because I still have more to come!!! If you have been here before, please take the time to browse the following sections for new photos and information: "BEFORE AND AFTER" "FRINGE REPAIR" AND "HOLE REPAIR"

Along with improved site navigation, I have also added a brand new section on Celluloid Repair. You will find the link on the left side of the page near the top of the hyperlink list.
